I've been teaching English since 2011, in Italy, Poland and the UK: general and business English, Cambridge, IELTS and Trinity exam preparation, and CLIL, with children, teenagers and adults.
Along the way I've been a Senior Teacher and a Director of Studies twice, recruited and trained teachers, supported quality assurance and managed busy residential summer-school centres in the UK. I hold the Trinity Diploma (DELTA level) and CELTA, and I'm a Cambridge Oral Examiner.
Before and alongside teaching, I managed teams and departments at Virgin Active in London and founded and still run my own business. So I know both sides: what teachers need to do their best work, and what it takes to run an organisation that treats them fairly.
